Urmos Chiropractic Center believes in the value of chiropractic care for you and your family toward the goal of achieving total health and wellness. Therefore, we have created a pricing structure that is flexible enough to allow you to get the chiropractic care you need, no matter what your budget. Our chiropractic office participates in most insurance programs, Flex Savings and Health Savings plans. Please call us at (850) 932-3565 if you have any questions about whether you can use your insurance to pay for your chiropractic care.  For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our Gulf Breeze chiropractic office directly at (850) 932-3565 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to answer all your questions.

Insurance

Insurance plans are accepted at our chiropractic office.   Because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a chiropractic care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge. We do accept Anthem, BCBS (in state and out of state plans), Florida Blue Select, Florida Blue Federal, Aetna, Meritain, Medi-Share, Dairyland, Cigna (through third party payer "American Specialty Health "ASH"), Multiplan, American Specialty Health (Florida Blue Options), Coventry, CareFirst, Flex Savings and Health Savings Accounts, Cash, Checks and Major Credit Cards. We accept Medicare as a non-participating provider.

We accept auto accident cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions.  A few insurance companies we work with are Geico, State Farm, USAA, Farmers, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Allstate, Esurance, Farm Bureau, Auto Owners, and many more.

We do not accept Workers Compensation, or Medicaid.

No Insurance

Our goal at Urmos Chiropractic Center is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not have any chiropractic benefits, there are still ways for you to receive the pain relief and chiropractic care that you need. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits with the chiropractor, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, chiropractic care is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.

What you can expect fees to be as a self-pay patient:

  1. Exam Fee $130.00 (first visit only)
  2. Spinal Manipulation Adjustment Fee $45.00
  3. Physical Therapy Fees are $15.00

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I was very impressed with the chiropractic care I received from Dr. Anderson. I had received chiropractic in the past for my neck pain, but not to this level of care. After only a few sessions, my symptoms began to disappear, especially my neck pain, and I know I would not have been able to perform to my everyday work functions without the treatment I received."

  • "I have benefitted tremendously from the chiropractic care I received from Dr. Anderson. Not only has the adjustments helped alleviate my stiffness and aches, but it has helped me have more energy and just feel more balanced over all. A few months ago, I was able to resume a favorite hobby of mine: golf. Due to my previous pain, I never thought that’d be possible."
    Back Pain
  • "Dr. Anderson has allowed me to be headache free for quite some time now. I used to have daily nagging headaches that often would turn into a migraine leaving me unable to function. For the longest time, I thought I could just keep taking medication to have the pain subside."
